How many apartments are available?
Quest Napier has 47 Studio and One-Bedroom Apartments. One Bedroom Apartments can be converted into Two-Bedroom Apartments through the use of internal doors.

Do you supply all linen?
We supply all bed linen, towels, tea towels, cookware and cutlery.

Do you offer discounts for long stays?
We are happy to discuss long-stay discounts and special offers. Please contact us.

How many people can be accommodated in a Studio Apartment?
An adult couple with two children could be accommodated comfortable using additional beds.

What is the minimum length of stay?
We accommodate guests for a single night or as long as required.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, guest security is of the utmost importance to us. We use the latest technology to ensure that your card is protected.

Are the apartments serviced daily?
Yes, in line with Quest policy nationwide, we service all apartments on a daily basis.

If I need to send a fax or have photocopying done are these facilities available?
Yes, our reception can organise these for you.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is 2pm. Check out is 10am. (Unless prior arrangements are made).

How many meeting rooms are available?
There is 1 meeting room available with a maximum capacity of 12. However Napier’s War memorial Conference Centre and Municipal Theatre are within easy walking distance.
